Landscaping/Grounds Maintenance

Possibility could exist to secure a contract with an appropriate public body such as North Down Borough Council, the proposed Business Village or DOE, in order to carry out a grounds maintenance and grass cutting service on local estates.

In addition, this could be combined with the landscaping of garden/open areas and the maintenance of private gardens, etc.

This could be done on a North Down wide basis.

Income Generating Mechanism

Project would secure a contract with an appropriate public body as well as domestic and commercial property holders.
